1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sparkappliancerepair.us or booking a service appointment with Spark Appliance Repair LLC (“Spark”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Service Area & Eligibility
Spark provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in San Diego County, California. Service is dispatched from three verified locations: 2637 Summitview Lane, Spring Valley CA 91977 (HQ); 688 13th Street, San Diego CA 92101 (Downtown); and 767 Rutgers Avenue, Chula Vista CA 91913. We do not service customers outside San Diego County.
3. Diagnostic Fee & Pricing
A flat $80 diagnostic fee applies to every service call. The fee is credited toward the total repair cost when work is authorized. If you decline to repair after the diagnostic, the $80 fee is retained as compensation for the technician’s time and travel. Repair pricing varies by appliance, brand, and parts required; we provide a written estimate before any work begins.
4. Warranty
Spark provides a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for all completed repairs. Warranty covers the same component installed and the labor performed by our technician. Warranty does not cover unrelated subsequent failures, damage from misuse, or failures caused by parts you supplied separately.
5. Licensing & Insurance
Spark Appliance Repair LLC is licensed by the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS) under registration #C 62399 (valid through October 31, 2026) and EPA Section 608 Type I certified for refrigerant handling (certification #82B0C7E00E6DA9DF0). We carry liability insurance for in-home service work.
6. Booking & Cancellation
Same-day service is available for calls received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, subject to technician availability. To cancel a confirmed appointment without charge, please call us at least 4 hours before the scheduled window. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment may incur the $80 trip fee.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance being serviced; disclose known hazards (gas leaks, exposed wiring, water damage) before the technician arrives; and ensure an adult age 18 or older is present during the service visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spark’s total liability for any claim related to a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. Spark is not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to spoiled food, lost productivity, or property damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on sparkappliancerepair.us — text, graphics, logos, photos — is the property of Spark Appliance Repair LLC and protected under copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content commercially without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in San Diego County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
